DELIVERY AREA
Le Pro Cosmetics Qatar currently delivers to addresses within the State of Qatar only. International delivery is not currently available.
DELIVERY CHARGES
A delivery charge of QAR 15 applies to orders below QAR 450.
Free delivery is available for orders of QAR 450 or more after discounts have been applied.
DELIVERY TIME
The estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, customer availability, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order and delivery details before dispatch.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active Qatar phone number. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information may affect the expected delivery time.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order. If delivery cannot be completed, our team may contact the customer to arrange another delivery attempt. Additional delivery charges may apply to repeated delivery attempts.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products should be reported within 48 hours, together with the order number and clear photographs.
